Hello Family and Friends. This is a contest between Van Hoover and Joe Taylor. The challenge is simple. Beginning on April 21st 2008, Van and Joe will have 90 days to get in the best shape of their lives. During this time Van and Joe will be working toward two goals: 1) who can lose the greatest percentage of inches from their belly, and 2) who has the best six pack at the end of the contest, as judged by you!!!

Week 1 (April 21st 2008)
Joe Taylor belly circumference: 46.5 inches abs: completely un-noticable Van Hoover belly circumference: 40 inches abs: gimme a break
I voted for Van. I don't even know him, but I know that the only goal Joe has ever held for more than fifteen minutes was beating Ensley in minesweeper and he couldn't even do that. The most athletic accomplishment in his life was beating Tyson in Punch-Out, which admirable as it is, was totally undone by his looking away from the "exhausting" training scenes where Little Mac chases the fat guy on the bike. The only thing that will get Joe off his duff a week from now would be using a maple bar as a puck in a girls field hockey tournament.
Next time cover your frickin faces! Sorry, AND bodies. What a couple of fat laden loooooosers! Your both discraces to the human race! OK, thank the lucky starts I'm not on this, then there would actually be hope for both you's too's lops!
